Your subscription and free trial

Cancel, restore or ask for a refund.

Cancel on your iPhone

  1. Settings
  2. Your name
  3. Subscriptions
  4. Nutri
  5. Cancel

On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions → Nutri. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Restore

Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the subscription screen and tap Restore purchase.

Refunds

Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data and privacy

Export or delete everything from inside the app.
